Overview
This project was developed as part of my day-to-day work at Competitive Capabilities International. It involved creating an explainer video to communicate meeting performance improvements clearly and effectively.
The goal was to simplify complex information into a structured visual narrative, guiding the viewer through the content in a clear and engaging way.
Approach
I broke the content into clear, structured steps to ensure the message was easy to follow.
I used a mix of custom and adapted assets, refining and animating them to support the narrative clearly and effectively.
Planning & Storyboarding
I developed a storyboard to map out the visual flow and align the narration with each scene. This helped ensure the message was structured and communicated effectively throughout the video.
Final Animation
Developed using a combination of adapted visual elements refined in Illustrator, then animated in After Effects and compiled in Synthesia.
The focus was on clarity, pacing, and guiding the viewer through the narrative in a structured and engaging way.
