Overview
This project was developed as part of my day-to-day work at Competitive Capabilities International, focusing on creating a visual system and explainer content for workshop planning.
The goal was to simplify complex inputs into a structured visual narrative, clearly guiding stakeholders through KPIs, communication plans, and budget allocation.

Approach
I broke the content into clear, structured steps to ensure the information was easy to follow and logically connected.
I used a mix of custom and adapted assets, refining and aligning them to clearly communicate key inputs and how they contribute to the overall workshop.

Planning & Storyboarding
I developed a storyboard to map out the visual flow and define how each element would build into the final workshop framework.
This ensured the content was structured, easy to understand, and communicated effectively across each stage.

Final Animation
Developed using adapted visual elements refined in Illustrator, then animated in After Effects and compiled in Synthesia.
The focus was on clarity, pacing, and guiding the viewer through the content in a structured and engaging way.
